Super Comparison Australia connects individuals to licensed financial advisers through a discovery call and subsequent match (only with your consent).
We do not provide financial advice directly.


2. Consumer Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate and truthful information.

  • You acknowledge we act only as a connector and not an advice provider.

  • All advice is provided by AFSL-licensed firms.


3. Call Recording Consent

Some discovery calls may be recorded, but only with your express permission.
Recordings are used for quality assurance, staff training, and compliance purposes.


4. Fees & Payment

  • Consumers are not charged.

  • We are paid a per-appointment fee by the financial firms we refer to.

  • This does not affect the advice or cost to you.


5. Adviser Match & Consent

  • You will only be matched with an adviser after a discovery call and your express permission.

  • You can decline any match or withdraw consent at any time.



6. Limitation of Liability

We verify that all firms we work with are appropriately licensed.
However, we are not responsible for the financial advice provided.
You must assess the advice independently before acting on it.

Program Name: Super Comparison Australia SMS Alerts

Program Description:
Upon opting in, you may receive appointment confirmations, reminders, and updates about your consultation with Super Comparison Australia or your matched advice provider.

  • You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again as you did initially, and we will resume messages.

  • If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or contact us at [email protected].

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  • Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
